Ian is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and completed his Bachelor's in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. Throughout his degree he worked as a Combat Engineer in the military, which, combined with his educational background, led to working for Defence Research and Development Canada, leading to his love for the integration of technology in the fitness world.Ian's fascination with Metabolic Testing stems from the numerous VO2 max tests he completed in pursuit of his Firefighting career. He also has a passion for powerlifting and uses his background in Exercise Physiology to optimize his progress through specific training, nutrition, and supplementation.

Josh Zilles graduated with a Masters of of Science in Kinesiology and Health Studies from the University of Windsor. While at the university, he tested varsity and professional athletes in anatomical and physiological metrics. He’s an avid runner and coach and is training to post a marathon time that would qualify him for Olympic Trials. He is also working as an assistant coach for the University of Windsor Cross Country team. He can often be found running and coaching on the trails in Windsor Essex and reading up on studies related to shoe economy and VO2 max.
